For our Operational and Commercial Support Services, we can be engaged on an Interim, Fractional or Advisory basis.
Our Interim Service (near full-time in your business) is delivered to you on dedicated days and for a pre-agreed fixed term. Our Fractional Service (one or two days per week in your business) is provided for an agreed average amount of time every week.
This is a retained service with a minimum engagement of 3 months.
Paul takes the lead here, combining his extensive cross industry experience to support your business structure and growth.
Our Advisory Services focus on your commercial and/ or operational requirements.
These can be engaged on a time or project basis.
With the support of associates as appropriate, Vanessa and Paul combine forces to deliver answers to your business operations and leadership questions.
