All our Services above are available to both commercial organisations and the Not-for-Profit sector. 

We will commit to take on at least one Not-for-Profit client at any one time and for long-term engagements charge (or not as the case may be) on a means-tested basis.

Short term or board engagements may be undertaken, capacity permitting, free of charge.

With Vanessa's extensive background in teaching, leadership and public speaking, now also having added the role of Councillor to her portfolio, she is ideally placed to support a business with their People portfolio. As any business' biggest asset, Vanessa will support your business by championing your People and developing an empathetic Leadership culture.
